1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of Legends Bar. By entering the venue, using our services, making a reservation or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Legends Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Policy

Legends Bar operates in accordance with Portuguese law regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol.

  • The legal drinking age is 18 years.

  • Valid identification may be requested at any time.

  • Legends Bar reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone unable to provide valid proof of age.

3. Entry & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:

  • Respectful behaviour towards staff and other customers is required at all times.

  • Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Legends Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.

4. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Legends Bar promotes responsible drinking.

  • Staff may refuse to serve alcohol to intoxicated individuals.

  • Any refusal of service is at the sole discretion of the staff and management.

  • Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behaviour.

5. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations (tables, cocktail classes, or special services) are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Legends Bar.

  • Group bookings may be subject to specific conditions.

  • No-show or late arrivals may result in cancellation of the reservation.

  • Legends Bar does not charge a booking fee unless stated otherwise.

6. Walk-Ins

Walk-in customers are always welcome, subject to venue capacity and availability. Entry is not guaranteed during peak hours or special events.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made at the time of service or as instructed by staff.

  • Legends Bar accepts approved payment methods available at the venue.

8. Menu & Allergens

  • Menu items and availability may change without notice.

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary requirements, Legends Bar cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

9. Safety & Liability

  • Legends Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

  • Guests enter and remain on the premises at their own risk.

  • Participation in any entertainment or interactive service is voluntary.

10. Photography & Media

  • By entering Legends Bar, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform a member of staff.

11. Events & Entertainment

  • Special events, performances or flair bartending shows are subject to change or cancellation.

  • Legends Bar is not liable for changes beyond its control.

12. Dress Code

Legends Bar reserves the right to enforce a casual but appropriate dress code. Entry may be refused based on attire at management’s discretion.

13. Force Majeure

Legends Bar shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or technical issues.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
